Return Policy

No Refunds

All sales are final. Tevri does not offer refunds for any purchases, including opened, used, unused, discounted, promotional, or sale items.

Store Credit Only

Eligible returns may be accepted for store credit only within 30 days of the original purchase date.

To qualify for store credit, the item must be returned in acceptable condition, including all original packaging, accessories, manuals, and included items. Tevri reserves the right to deny any return that is damaged, excessively used, missing parts, missing packaging, or not in resellable condition.

Return Window

Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of purchase. Returns requested after 30 days will not be accepted.

Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise approved by Tevri in writing. Original shipping fees are non-refundable and will not be included in store credit.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at tevritrosonic@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue.

Tevri will review the claim and may offer a replacement, repair, or store credit at its sole discretion.

Store Credit

Approved store credit may only be used toward future purchases on Tevri products. Store credit has no cash value and cannot be transferred, refunded, or redeemed for cash.
